Job description

About the Assignment / Responsibilities

One of the biggest AAA Asian banking groups in the world, with $1.8 trillion in assets under management and over 50,000 employees is now looking to increase their development capabilities within Corporate Systems, with a specific focus on the IDM (One Identity Management) platform. This is servicing virtually all teams around the bank and providing identity governance, access management and privilege management.

UDV will be supporting the client in this capacity, as they are looking at a range of change initiatives such as the development of new functionalities, design and setting up of interfaces and configuration at an enterprise level. As a result, we are looking for a Senior IDM Engineer to join the client team to design, build and deploy new and richer functionalities, as well as bring the enterprise implementation to successful completion. Along with dealing with change requests and building new interfaces & reports on IDM platform, the IDM Engineer will oversee investigating and analysing critical issues, proposing solutions in a timely manner.

The consultant will be working closely with project managers and stakeholders across the corporate systems department, assisting in eliciting requirements and implementing those requirements on OIM. This role has an element of daily support at L3 capacity for critical issues, which will be limited to a very small number throughout the work week, requiring code fixes and bug changes if not possible to be solved by the dedicated L1 and L2 support teams.

Is this role the right fit for you?

The ideal candidate will be a Senior IDM Engineer with:

  • Extensive working experience on IDM platforms, as well as sound knowledge of IDM platform architecture, capability and adoption, including competent knowledge of functions and exception processing
  • Proven track record of co-ordinating and supporting user testing & release management
  • Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and service-desk for both issue tracking and requirements maintenance
  • Experience of integration to IDM knowledge of various operating systems, applications, Active Directory & Databases (MS-SQL Server, Oracle)
